Through our partnership with the Council of the Ageing (COTA), we are facilitating the wonderful Living Longer Living Stronger program. This is an open-ended program that we currently run at our St Peters location on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1:00pm.

The sessions focus on strength, predominantly, though the classes are somewhat personalised, so we can tailor the exercises to suit your current needs and requirements. You will receive a personal program that you can follow at your own pace, which most people find very help. What this means is that the sessions are not arranged in a circuit type of format, which most group classes offer. This is one of the main points-of-difference which what we offer - a semi-personalised group exercise class that operates inside of a gym and allows you access to all of the equipment and different types of exercise devises that you may need for a full program and experience.

Typically, the sessions are aimed towards absolutely anyone that feels that they need to work on their strength and is in the 55-85 age bracket. However, if they is not you, there are no restrictions on participation, so please feel free to contact us anyway.

We are currently working on establishing the program at our Five Dock and Pyrmont locations, so if those two locations are better for you, you may need to jump into the St Peters sessions for the moment and transfer to your preferred location, if that is workable for you.
